My name is Emily Asuncion, and I am the baker and owner behind The Sugar Muse LLC, a custom cake business where creativity and quality come together. My passion for baking is reflected in every cake I create, turning each order into something both beautiful and memorable for all occasions.

I’ve spent much of my life around food—from professional kitchens in Florida and Manhattan to private dining, events and writing as a published culinary writer.
